What we do

Previous initiatives plus new solutions

  • Evidence-based skills intelligence and labour market analysis

  • Close industry involvement to ensure relevance and impact

  • Innovative learning methodologies, including work-based learning

  • Alignment with European frameworks such as ESCO, ECVET, and lifelong learning principles

Three strategic segments

The project targets three strategic segments that have not yet been sufficiently covered by previous or ongoing Blueprint initiatives:

  • Aircraft production

  • Satellite manufacturing

  • Infrastructure and airports

Building links

By building strong links between Higher Education Institutions (HEIs), Vocational Education and Training (VET) providers, industry, clusters, and policy actors, AEROFUSE aims to ensure that skills development is aligned with real labour market needs.

The Project's Impact

Through its activities and results, AEROFUSE will:

  • Reduce skills mismatches in the aerospace and defence sector

  • Improve employability and career pathways

  • Support innovation and industrial competitiveness

  • Contribute to a greener, more digital, and more resilient Europe

AEROFUSE is designed with a clear long-term vision, ensuring that key outputs, tools, and partnerships continue well beyond the end of the project.
