Soft skills as a starting point for high professional performance
Additional Course Information
This training uses the E = mc² formula as a starting point to reflect on the role of soft skills in professional performance. In this approach, E represents the effect or impact achieved, m represents methodology, and c represents attitude. The main idea is that technical knowledge and methodology are necessary, but their impact largely depends on how they are applied through soft skills. The course pays special attention to competences such as cognitive flexibility, intellectual curiosity and critical thinking, understood as key tools to face challenges, make better decisions and improve effectiveness in day-to-day work.
