The AEROFUSE project is pleased to share its new Blended Learning Platform, created to support skills development in the European aerospace and defence ecosystems.
AEROFUSE, which stands for An Alliance for the Future of the AEROnautics and Upstream Segment Skills Evolution, is a four-year Erasmus+ project focused on strengthening and future-proofing the skills needed by these sectors.
The platform currently offers a range of learning opportunities, including the course Human Factors in Aviation, led by Rustem Yesilay. This course helps prospective aircraft maintenance and operations technicians understand the importance of human factors in aviation safety, efficiency, error management, communication, and workplace hazards. It also promotes the development of a strong safety culture in maintenance operations.
A second course, Soft Skills as a Starting Point for High Professional Performance, is led by Garazi Catalan. It explores how skills such as cognitive flexibility, intellectual curiosity, and critical thinking can strengthen decision-making, adaptability, and effectiveness in the workplace.
Learners can find further information about the available courses and register through the AEROFUSE Blended Learning Platform at https://training.aerofuse-project.eu/.
