AEROFUSE Survey on Skills and Workforce Needs in Aerospace and Defence

As part of its activities, AEROFUSE is currently collecting valuable insights on how external drivers influence skills requirements and workforce development in the aerospace and defence sectors.

To support this work, a dedicated survey has been launched, targeting organisations and professionals across the industry. The aim is to better understand evolving needs and challenges, and to contribute to the development of informed, forward-looking strategies.

We strongly encourage all relevant stakeholders to participate in the survey and to support its dissemination within their respective networks and communities.
